Incredible Comfort and hospitality as you step through the doors! The staff greeted us calmly despite rush hours of a long weekend and patiently tended to our concerns due to some issue with bookings. It’s rare to see this level of hospitality nowadays. The swimming/sauna facilities deserve a special mention - so clean and well thought through interiors!

Check-In: Easy. Simple. Smooth as silk. Khyati is really professional at what she does. Room: Fabulous. I loved the lighting system as well as the full size windows. The thought gone into room layout is amazing. Bathroom and Toilet: Shower is amazing, with the amenities kit provided wonderfully curated. The toilet features a Japanese system which was my first time experiencing it. It is fun to use and very practical. Hotel walkaround: Well laid out, plenty of place to sit and explore. Lobby is good. I regret not being able to visit the swimming pool since I had been attending the Bryan Adams concert that was happening that evening, walking distance away from the hotel. Breakfast: Well curated, sumptuous, well-equipped stations. Food was delicious, I had a lot. The food is really good and the staff is amazing.

The breakfast spread was great, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms are of decent size. Basic amenities were present in the room. Since I informed beforehand that I was travelling for my fiancé's birthday, the Hotel was kind enough to decorate my room and surprise us with a cake. All in all, they deserve a high score for their pleasant hospitality.

The Chef Ajit Kumar was outstanding in creating and serving delectable fares for breakfast. He offered personalised service to us everyday. When I had guests, he took extra trouble to look after them. Excellent Chef, a great ambassador for the hospitality of the Hyatt. He needs to be commended for his culinary skills and cheerful manner. The serving staff, four Saurabhs and Gaurav were great youngsters. They looked after us well.

My husband and I visited with our 11 month old from London and everything about this hotel is exceptional: the staff are courteous, efficient, and lovely; the food is incredible (don't skip the amazing breakfast spread, or the fabulous tea); the rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Our suite had two Toto's and we ended up cutting our Jaipur trip short to return for a further two nights before our flight home. Do not hesitate to book this hotel! You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
